She is the leader for Project HEAL Midlands of South Carolina Chapter, and a member of the Project Heal HEALers Circle.

When she is not in the office, you will find her spending time with her two children, Laura Grace and Joshua. Her favorite ways to practice self-care are playing tennis with her USTA league team or just hitting the ball around, journaling, and going for walks.

New Hope Counseling and Wellness Center enables patients to receive both nutrition and counseling services either together or separately depending upon your individual needs.

She is currently working on a faith-based recovery workbook for eating disorders.
