Freud said, ” What happens to you in childhood, will determine who you will be as an adult.” Angie loves this because sometimes you have to look back before you look in the future.

Angie was trained by the late Dr. Albert Ellis in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, (REBT). This therapy is part of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy where what you feel, you think and do. She likes to explore why people think the way they do; and why they act the way they do.

Angela enjoys working with:

  • Adults who have experienced childhood trauma
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Depression
  • Anxiety, including social anxiety
  • Grief and Loss
  • Relationship issues
  • Co-Dependency

Angie works with individuals, couples, and families. She also sees clients virtually.

Her philosophy of treatment is that no matter what you have done in your life, you still deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and love. If the people around you do not treat you this way, they do not belong in your life.

“You cannot break what you won’t talk about. Let’s have a conversation.”
