Hello! I’m Amy Helms, founder of New Hope Counseling & Wellness Center. I offer numerous services to support my clients on their journeys toward better physical and mental health.
As a Registered/Licensed Dietitian and Therapist in Columbia, SC, Amy provides services nutrition therapy for eating disorders and disordered eating, women’s health and fertility, and food intolerances and allergies. I offer metabolism measurements, nutrition lab testing, food sensitivity testing, and a test to determine optimal eating for your gene-type, especially beneficial for athletes and those struggling with infertility. Amy is the ONLY certified eating disordered registered dietitian (CEDRD) in Columbia, SC. Both Nutrition Services and Therapy Services are available in person or online via a secure and confidential platform. We offer individual, family and group sessions.
