Say Hello to THE NEW YOU.
Our mission is to help clients discover a balanced, neutral relationship with food. In order to promote, strengthen, and establish internal cues that promote flexibility in eating, clients work on attuned eating through structured meal plans. New Hope offers exposure and response prevention therapy through a variety of therapeutic interventions, including meal support, meal challenges, food exposures, and meal outings. These exercises are designed to show you how a variety of food can fit into your daily life (flexible eating). The ultimate goal is to strengthen your internal cues to promote flexibility in your eating, attunement in your internal cues to adequately nourish yourself, honoring hunger, fullness, and satiety cues.
