“Decide what you want, go after it as if your life depends on it. Why? Because it does!” -Les Brown

Are you stuck in a rut? Continue to do the same behaviors over and over even though they keep hurting you? Maybe you keeping using eating disorder behaviors, or substance abuse behaviors. Maybe its repetitive, compulsive behaviors that are sacred to you, or avoiding things that cause you pain. Whatever the behavior, it’s keeping you from the things you really want in this world, and that just won’t do.

Casey can’t wait to find out what that thing really is and help you achieve it. Casey uses metaphor work, real life exposures, and person-centered planning to collaboratively approach each client’s issues from a perspective unique to that individual. Although the traditional office setting will make an appearance, clients may also find themselves at restaurants, or in the park, or at a coffee shop! Each client’s experience will be specific to their needs and goals as they choose them.
