Meet Tayler! She is a registered and licensed Dietitian in South Caroline and Georgia. Tayler is passionate about helping others along their journey to discovering a relationship with food and movement that nourishes all aspects of their health and well-being. She believes we are all capable of tuning into our innate ability to feed ourselves in a way that is intuitive and joyful without listening to the noise of diet culture telling us what, when, and how we should feed and move our bodies in order to obtain “optimal health.” While Tayler believes food is nourishment; it can also be a way to connect with others, a form of expression, an outlet for creativity, a cultural practice, a means of self-care, and so much more.

More About Tayler

Tayler received a bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition with a concentration in Dietetics along with completing her dietetic internship at The University of Alabama. After graduation, she gained clinical experience working at an academic medical center treating patients with a variety of nutrition concerns and disordered eating habits from varying backgrounds and ages. Today, Tayler supports clients by providing evidence-based nutrition education and care. She can relate to clients through previous life experiences, and practices within the intuitive eating and Health at Every Size principle believing that healthful nutrition is attainable for all. In her free time, she enjoys trying out local coffee shops (always iced coffee, never hot!), thrifting for a new gem, cooking new recipes, and my favorite hobby of them all – reading!
