Lori Brown is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Nutrition Therapist, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Her passion is helping people discover body and food peace. Residing in Nashville but helping clients in both Tennessee and South Carolina, Lori works with individuals on body image, recovering from chronic dieting, eating disorders, intuitive eating, endocrine dysfunction, and gut disorders. Although she works with all ages, she has a special interest in working with women that are midlife through the menopause phase. Lori has extensive experience in therapeutic approaches and is a trauma-informed practitioner.

More About LoriĀ 

Lori holds a Masters of Health Education degree with a specialty in Eating Disorders from Plymouth State University in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University. She has been working in the field of nutrition for nearly two decades and enjoys using her diverse background to create individualized nutrition plans for clients in both Tennessee and South Carolina.

When not working, Lori can be found hiking, reading fiction, teaching creative movement, walking her dog, or being a mom. She has passed her love of the creative arts and books to both of her daughters and they can often be found around town at a local book store or having a spontaneous dance party. Lori is licensed in Tennessee and South Carolina.
