Non Diet Approach

One of the things I hear most from my clients is that they are afraid to eat more because doing so will cause them to gain weight. When we do not properly fuel ourselves throughout the day, our body is primed to search out the closest refueling station in the fastest way possible. Skipping meals is associated with overeating later in the day and disordered eating.
